lARGE gROUP fESTIVAL

The Secondary Large Group registration window is now open! This window is open from October 1 until December 4, 2026. All registrations must be completed using the online registration form. Priority scheduling is first come first serve. This also includes ensuring your school is in good standing with payments. Per the Festival Registration Policy adopted in our meeting last year, Section 3 states:

 "When registering for a specific event, all previous years’ fees for that festival must be paid prior to being allowed to register." 

Additionally, per the same policy, Section 2 states: 

"b) A payment or purchase order must be received prior to the scheduled festival performance date. 

c) Non-attendance due to lack of payment as listed in point “b” above does not exempt the school/director from the standing YVMEA cancellation policy listed in section 4 below.  Any school registered past the 6 week withdrawal deadline must still pay regardless of attendance unless otherwise approved by the board."
